This is the word that kept repeating for me, over and overโฆ For the last few months! Even in my downtime, I was constantly writing it down on paper!๐ค

โฃโฃWhether you believe it to be God, like I believe, or if you call your higher power, the universeโฆ Sometimes we have to surrender and simply ask for HELP and GUIDANCE!๐๐ฝโฃโฃ

Iโve been pretty quiet the last few months. I took on an extra job, and in the last six months, I have also been assisting a family member who needed my presence and care!โค๏ธ

โฃโฃMy life took somewhat of a detour, but on this pathโฆ I did a ton of self-reflection! And even when I felt a bit stuck, I always knew that in order to get unstuck, that I needed to put in a TON MORE WORK!๐ช๐ฝ

โฃโฃTo move forward however, the timing and teacher had to be right for me! And againโฆ I came to the realization that I needed HELPโฆ GUIDANCE!โฃโฃ

Some structure to continue building my purpose in my life, asโฆ I HELP OTHERS regain their HEALTH!โฃโฃ

And soโฆ I ASKED, I SURRENDERED, and like prayers answeredโฆ I RECEIVED!

Iโm grateful 1) To be on a journey towards continued growth, 2) For finding HELP to not just work harder but smarter, and 3) To truly understanding not just the WHAT but the HOW, to GET IT IN!๐๐ฝ

โฃJust know that, other than serving God and being there for those I loveโฆ Nothing is more important to me than continuing to help others get healthy and overcome chronic illness!๐๐ฝโฃ
