The answer is a resounding YES!
It is up to us, to be responsible for the nutrition we put into our bodies daily!
Therefore, if we are consciously making choices that could hinder our health, then just as we would if suffering from any chronic illness, we must find the ROOT of those poor decisions regarding our nutrition choices!
Based on our upbringing, whether we experienced trauma in connection to food or even the opposite as a reward system, our food choices may even come from an unconscious place!
As the saying goes… Old habits die hard, and though taking back control over your food choices may be challenging… It is soooo very possible!
This is why, I focus on mentality with each and every client, who I am blessed to work with! I teach my clients how and why tackling our food choices, gives us a whole other level of FREEDOM in our lives! First and foremost, for HEALTH purposes but also because it can truly pave the way for us to get and remain accountable in all areas of our lives!
When we care about ourselves enough to care about our daily nutrition intake… We shift our mindset to caring about physical health, which opens us up to desiring our overall well-being, which then leads us to discovering our best self!
