Aside from an over abundance of sugar & most of the packaged & processed “carb-age” on the market, the single most toxic food that we can ingest are Vegetable Seed/Industrial Oils!
In actuality… It’s difficult to put these oils in the food category at all, as each individual type is made in a LAB/FACTORY, and many are placed through more than 15 different unnatural processes (heat, deodorization, colorization, etc.) just so they can be turned into what is already a RANCID product before it even enters our bodies.
What this means is that they are highly toxic, and literally damage the function of the cells in our body, leading to degeneration and mutation of the cells.
For this reason…. Vegetable Seed Oils are probably the greatest contributor to one of the most common and often deadly diseases of our modern time… The BIG C aka CANCER.
But wait, aren’t Canola and Corn Oil touted as being “healthy” and able to lower cholesterol?
Well… absolutely false on the healthy part, and even if they do lower your cholesterol… Cholesterol is NOT the enemy. In fact, every single cell in your body is partly made of cholesterol and our brain is comprised of 25% of it. Cholesterol is necessary for combating infection, keeps our sex hormones in order, and plays so many vital roles in our body’s function. We need it to survive. It is only when these toxic oils and foods are consumed that the function of our naturally protective cholesterol can become damaged. And yet, we are falsely told to fear it, and reduce saturated fat?
Well, nature does not get it wrong!
Our bodies are brilliant machines that know when they are being fed properly and when they are being poisoned, which is why they thrive when eating healthy fats such as grass-fed butter, tallow, pure lard, avocados, and unrefined coconut and olive oils. So, why then are Vegetable Seed Oils used in almost EVERYTHING… From your favorite fast food fries, sauces, soup mixes, roasted nuts, almost every salad dressing and Mayo (Hidden Valley Ranch and Best Foods), most packaged foods, many vitamins and supplements, etc. etc.? The answer is because they are cheap to make and extremely profitable.
Thus, just because something is Keto friendly does not mean that it is healthy. This is why, I will continue to teach Keto/Paleo which includes Healthy fats from WHOLE FOOD SOURCES!
When we are not eating a predominantly healthy diet daily… We continue to play Russian roulette with our lives, every time we eat these toxic vegetable seed oils. So, what can been done to avoid them?
Start READING LABELS!
Make your own dressings and mayos.
Cook at home using healthier fats.
And if you are going to eat from the unnatural column, make it a rare occurrence.
And by all means, consistently FUEL your body with THE BEST… the way you would fuel your prized automobile. Because we only have one life to live. It’s up to you!!!
