WHICH ONE OF THESE FOODS CAN KEEP YOU CHRONICALLY SICK?

The Answer if you kept scrolling, may come as a complete surprise to you. But the truth is that yes, all of these foods can keep you chronically sick with illnesses, whether metabolic or autoimmune in nature. ⁣⁣And that’s just it. These foods & their ingredients were NOT created by nature, but rather by man-made & modified chemical processes. ⁣⁣The processed chips & sugar laden soda, come as no surprise, but how is it that bread, yes even whole wheat, could cause an individual to get or stay chronically sick?⁣🤔⁣⁣

The reasons are: ⁣⁣

1️⃣ A typical store bought or homemade bread is prepared using Grains, which can damage the lining of the gut. Keeping the gut intact is incredibly important for the function of our body’s systems. What affects the gut & digestive tract adversely, also affects the brain, which can play a huge role in our mental state & well-being.

⁣⁣2️⃣ Bread is extremely high in carbs & carbs convert into sugar. If there is too much sugar aka glucose swimming in our cells, over time, we become insulin resistant & our pancreas uses that excess sugar & stores it as excess fat.⁣🤯

⁣⁣3️⃣ And lastly, the greatest issue with most bread is the type of FAT used to prepare it. ⁣None other than the #1 most toxic, mass-produced food on the market today, which is hidden in almost every packaged food you can buy… Vegetable aka Industrial Seed Oils! ⁣⁣These oils are likely one of the leading causes of Cancer in our society today!😢 ⁣⁣

The absolute worst offenders being: Soybean, Canola, Corn, Cottonseed, Peanut, & Margarine.⛔️

⁣⁣These genetically processed fats made in factories, are rancid before they even enter your body, may damage you at the cellular level, & are simply not from nature. And FYI, just because a bread claims to be “Keto friendly,” it does not make it healthy!⁣⁣
